Will This Cost More Than a Traditional Vet Clinic?

Our costs are comparable to most veterinary clinics, and think of the personalized care that can be provided in your own home without the stress for both you or your pet of traveling to a clinic! Most pets become very anxious when traveling to a veterinary clinic, which is an unfamiliar environment full of other stressed animals who oftentimes do not behave as they normally would at home.

You will have an experienced compassionate veterinarian, who comes right to your door and offers your pet their undivided attention, and takes time to answer all of your questions and concerns. Both you and your pet will have a positive, personalized, and stress-free experience and receive the exceptional care you deserve!

Do You Give a Discount for Multiple Pets?

Absolutely! For multi-pet households we only charge one travel fee. The office visit is also discounted for additional pets. That way we make it easier to have all of your furry family members evaluated in one visit! This means you don't have to make repeated trips to a traditional veterinary clinic, hauling carriers or multiple stressed animals.

How do I get the medications my pet needs?

We carry many of the medications that your pets may need immediately when we make our house calls. Any other medications can be ordered from our online pharmacy and will be mailed directly to your home.

How much in advance do I need to schedule an appointment?

For routine visits like general exams and vaccinations, we prefer to have you schedule with us 1-2 weeks in advance, if possible. For sick or painful animals needing more immediate attention, or in-home euthanasias, same day service is oftentimes available.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, cash or check at the time of service.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We appreciate you giving us at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment, because we also need to set our schedule in advance to ensure time for travel to your home. If canceling within 24 hours an exam and technician fee will be charged.
