Dental care is an important part of your pet's routine preventative care. During your pet's home visit we will perform an oral exam and make recommendations if your pet requires a dental cleaning or possible extraction of diseased teeth. Common signs of dental issues in pets include, bad breath, broken or loose teeth, inflamed gums, drooling, difficulty chewing, pawing at the mouth, dropping food, refusal to eat, bleeding from the mouth. Conditions we see in our patients and address are periodontal disease, tooth root abscess, feline odontoclastic resorptive lesions, stomatitis, oral masses and tumors.
